Disputes Are Between the Parties
Disputes between swapping parties—including property damage, cancellations, disagreements about terms, or any other matter—are solely the responsibility of the parties involved. Swapagogo does not investigate, mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between users.
Communicate Directly
If issues arise during a swap, we recommend:
- Attempting to resolve issues directly with your swap partner
- Communicating clearly about concerns or problems
- Documenting issues with photos or written records
- Referring to your swap agreement for dispute resolution terms
Your swap agreement outlines how disputes will be handled. If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties, or through such other means as you and your swap partner mutually determine.
